All submissions must be made through the on-line system (https://cms.amss.ac.cn/). When preparing the manuscript, the authors should adhere to the IEEE style for conference paper. All submitted papers must be written in English. Accepted papers are limited to 6 pages (regular paper) and 2 pages (position paper) at no extra charge. Up to two extra pages are allowed with an additional charge. All publication material for presentation must be original and hence cannot be already published, nor can it be under review elsewhere.
